Workout is a high-energy sports mix for strength training in the gym: a base of 94 bpm Drum B (dance-syncopated), with a muffled stadium crowd (motivation), taiko (to amplify) and city noise on top. The gym at peak hour, the weight room before a competition; an image of intense physical work with social motivation.

The 94 bpm syncopated tempo is the universal motivational tempo, detailed by Karageorghis (Inside Sport Psychology, 2017). It sits in the zone between brisk walking and light running by biomechanical calculation, and psychologically it reads as energetic but controlled. Bittman and colleagues (Alternative Therapies in Health and Medicine, 2001) showed that group rhythmic sessions (drumming, aerobics) raise immune response and lower stress, and a crowd atmosphere adds the collective-effervescence factor (Páez et al., 2015).
